RELIANCE RD3550 UNLOCK FILE WORLD FIRST
USE LG TOOLS IN WINDOWS XP
FIRST EXTRACT LG TOOLS
AND THEN RUN regist.bat file then run LG TOOLS and select bin, scr, dll, prl file and click upgrade
